Lodging
A single house shares the pool and grounds. The whole-property stay is private: every building, and no one else on site.
How a stay works
One house shares the grounds. The whole property does not.
Weekends are a two-night minimum. Pool, spa, fire pit, game room, playground, and meeting room are included. Ask for the rate when you request dates.
The whole-property listing closes every house. Your group has the buildings, the pool, and the event spaces. Nothing is shared.
Private buyout
This is the private stay. You get every house, including the Treehouse, plus the pool, game rooms, meeting room, ramada, and pool deck. Other bookings come off the calendar. Sleeps 29 on their own beds, or 45 if couples share.
The main house
Ocotillo is the 5,600-square-foot main house: three levels, 15 beds, and the shared rooms a reunion actually uses. It sleeps 15 on their own beds, or 23 if the larger beds are shared. The pool, swim-up bar, and lido sit with the stay.
Two-level house
Saguaro is 2,400 square feet on two levels, with 3 beds. It sleeps 3 on their own beds, or 5 if a couple shares. Patio, grill, and a balcony over the valley. The pool and grounds are shared with the other houses.
The A-frame
Cholla is the A-frame: 1,500 square feet and 5 beds. It sleeps 5 on their own beds, or 6 if the queen is shared. Upper and lower patios, a grill, and valley views.
One-level cabin
Harley House is 900 square feet on one level, with 4 beds. It sleeps 4 on their own beds, or 8 if every bed is shared. Covered outdoor seating and views toward Usery Mountain.
The studio
Treehouse is the 650-square-foot studio. Two beds. It sleeps 2 on their own beds, or 3 if the queen is shared. The pool, game room, and grounds are included with the stay.
